Request for Proposals (RFP) for Redesign and Replacement of HVAC Systems at Three DC Public Libraries – Solicitation No. DCPL-2024-R-0047

The DC Public Library is seeking for a qualified contractor to provide Design-Build services that include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, warranty, construction and other related services for the replacement of the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and the Building Automation System (BAS) at three (3) DCPL libraries.  The mandatory pre-proposal conferences and site visits per schedule below will be the only opportunity for offerors to review existing conditions before the proposal submission due date.
