Arthur Capper TechExpress

DC Public Library's Arthur Capper TechExpress is located on the second floor of the Arthur Capper Recreation Center in the Navy Yard neighborhood. It is a quick stop for wi-fi access, public computers, printing, copying and scanning as well as item return and holds pick-up.

Customers can pick up their holds in the hallway outside of TechExpress using their library card and the self check-out machine at any time during the open hours of Arthur Capper Recreation Center. If you need assistance please connect with DC Public Library staff during TechExpress open hours. DPR staff cannot assist customers with DC Public Library transactions.
